The most accurate way to find your ring size is by visiting any local jeweller and requesting a professional sizing. They use industry-standard tools and techniques to ensure the most precise fit for your finger. We always recommend this option first.
If you are measuring at home, this method provides a useful guide but is not as precise as a professional fitting.
Using an Existing Ring (Diameter)
This is the most accurate at-home method if you have a ring that fits the intended finger perfectly.
- Measure the Diameter: Place the ring on a ruler or digital caliper.
- Find the Widest Point: Measure the inside diameter (the straight line across the ring from the inside edge to the opposite inside edge) at the widest point in millimeters (mm).
- Compare: Match your measurement to the "Inside Diameter (mm)" column in the chart below to find your international size.
Essential Sizing Tips

Temperature Matters: Fingers change size depending on the temperature. It’s best to measure when your hands are warm, as cold hands will be smaller.
Band Width: For rings with a deep or thick band width (4mm+), you will likely need to go up at least one half size for a comfortable fit. -
Measure Multiple Times: Take measurements 3-4 times to ensure consistency.
- Between Sizes: If your measurement falls between two sizes, it is generally safer to choose the larger size.
